Chick-fil-a is always delicious, but the mobile order drive through is a mess at this location and the service was not what it usually is for this company. If you come here, I'd only use the normal drive through. I did mobile order because I was in a hurry and it probably took at least 4x longer than if I had just gone through the drive through and paid on site. The two cars behind me got their food, and I was still waiting. No one would acknowledge my presence for me to ask if there was an issue (it was not busy- lots of employees standing around), and the way the line is set up, I was blocking the people behind me who already got their food from leaving, so I finally parked and went inside...

I visited the restaurant after 3:00 PM and ordered a Cobb Salad, requesting an extra ranch sauce. The young lady at the counter tried to charge me for the sauce, but I've never had to pay for extra sauce before. I called the store's listed number to speak with the manager, but all I received was a recorded message asking for my remote number, and I was unable to reach anyone. I made the trip from Capitol Heights to this location because I prefer it, but I was disappointed that for the size of my meal, I needed two sauces and couldn’t get them without extra charge. I ended up getting my food to go.

The food was enjoyable, but my experience was marred by the attitude of the Latina manager. Her way of communicating with the staff was quite unusual, to say the least. She seemed to adopt a take-it-or-leave-it stance with customers. After taking my order, she simply walked away. It's concerning that she carries herself with such a sense of authority. I noticed she drives a Toyota Corolla with license plates ending in 0418. After taking my order, she left me standing there and went to her car. If this is how she manages, I can't imagine what it would be like to work under someone like that.

I placed an order online and went to the store to pick up my order after 20 minutes. It took a while to be greeted; after a while s lady asked me the purpose of waiting and asked my name. She checked and found that the order is not ready and she said I don 't see your name here . She was identified as a manager named L na . She denied a proper eye contact and she presented an unpleasant body language to me in front of other customers. I waited there another 10 minutes and then walked out of the store and cancelled my online order. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. While placing my order went smoothly, I was let down to see that all the tables were dirty and needed cleaning. When I asked the manager, Lena, to clean a table, she seemed annoyed and handed me a wipe to clean it myself instead of addressing the issue directly or having someone else do it. This response felt unacceptable as a paying customer. I won't be returning to this Chick-fil-A location in the future.

The best in Maryland! I've been going here for the past five years since I moved to the area, and the food is always fresh, my orders are always correct, and the staff are always friendly! I recently tried Raising Cane's across the street and felt like I was betraying Chick-fil-A. I won’t be going back to Cane’s because their service and food just can’t compare.

Chick fil a! This is the 3rd time y'all messed up my order. 3 strikes you're out. I rave about how Bowie is popping with this restaurant and others but no more. Sorry. 5 stars went to 3 stars. Food is still good when the order is right. I'm disappointed but I'm sure you will work it out. I have faith.

The Manager in title Lorna is horrible. She wanted to argue about a fry order that wasn 't fulfilled. She needs customer service interpersonal training. No surprise that chick fil a failed last year in overall net promoter scores. I 've reported this location and Lorna to the Better Business Bureau! Réservez une table maintenant
