I appreciate that they were friendly and didn’t seem bothered by my dog, who was wearing his Chick-fil-A colored outfit, although I had mistakenly thought a cookie would be included with my order. I can’t imagine how many people might be attempting to exploit this Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda location just for a cookie, but the thorough interview process here is surely going to benefit me in the future. On a serious note, they replaced my order without a receipt, as my friend had placed it while we were in line. This place always surprises me, even though I only eat fast food about twice a year, haha. The service and attitude of the staff are impeccable. Even if the drive-thru line can get long, they handle it efficiently and keep things moving quickly. I always order the spicy chicken sandwich and the fries; both are always fresh, delicious, and exactly what I’m looking for!

I ordered a salad today, which is usually quite good, but the quality was really disappointing this time. As I reached the bottom of the plate, the salad started to taste increasingly gritty. After finishing most of it, I discovered a piece of lettuce with mud on it. I'm feeling unwell now and have reached out to customer support about this issue.

My kids are love love love this place, and I can't blame them. The food is always fresh, the place is clean, and the staff always always always professional, polite, and courteous. I also love how convenient is ordering through the app. This is our favorite fast food place. Réservez une table maintenant

The floor was extremely slippery. Although it was raining outside, the floor should be designed with an anti-slippery coat which will prevent accidents. I was extremely careful to walk after seeing a boy fall flat on his face. Everything else was great.

Always a fantastic experience, even with the long drive thru lines. Lines have been about the same as always, perhaps a little shorter always great food. They just re did the parking lot on their side. Very nice indeed

I always have a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A. It feels like everything is prepared with extra care. The staff is courteous and friendly. The spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorites.

This is my 2nd time going to a chick FIL a. Just realized this is like a kids to youth fast food place. Pretty good thou. Men restroom can be cleaner and smell better.

This place is by far Number 1, Very delicious chicken sandwiches and nuggets The service is outstanding and the staff is very Respectful and friendly.
