Dining in is still a wonderful experience for those who prefer a calm and friendly atmosphere. The employees at this location are truly exceptional. I've had the pleasure of getting to know some of them, and Rachael stands out as one of the kindest, friendliest, and most professional team members. She always greets me with a warm smile and embodies the excellent service that keeps me coming back to this West York Chick-fil-A. All of the staff here are well trained and know their jobs inside and out, especially when compared to other fast-food places. You need to specify how to pick up catering order I waited 10 minutes in drive through line when first person taking order told me to drive up to pay area and they will help me so I go there and they tell me I have to go inside which is a waste of time it was for 1 item of Mac and cheese so now I wait even longer inside for them to bring it out. Complete waste of time I will not be ordering here anymore ever

This place is TRASH! I wish the East York Location will open back up! My child is allergic to raw salt so we always ask for no salt on her food and they tell us they no longer do that! Absolutely ridiculous and will never come back here! Don’t bring your kids here!

This Chick-fil-A is definitely my favorite in the area. The service is always excellent, the food is fresh, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

We showed up with a group of 21, mostly 6th graders and the service was fast and accurate. They had no problem with accommodating us at all.

We were helped by a blonde woman in the drive through whose name we missed but very kindly helped us when we had card problems
