The food at this location is good. From the time of opening years ago till now, I haven't had any issues with this establishment. The workers are friendly and the customer service is always on point. You wont be spending too much money here if you plan on only spending for yourself. Terrible experience, called store at least 8 x because I ran into some trouble with my order never got through once . Arrived at the store asking to speak w manager he was unapologetic , literally acted as a NPC character. I got no feed back , he didn’t care that his store was receiving calls and not answering. I could understand if they were busy but they were not and he left me feeling empty w no solution to my problem . As a manager myself his response was not qualified for his position. He didn’t want to give me references to reach out to I had to beg this man for information. I will not support this location again . Manger JOSH HOFL
Came here with Tours with google maps and apps and boy were we excited! The ambiance was great with fresh flowers on the tables for a perfect dinning experience even in fast food?. Looking at the store to the staff and the Manager Vanessa was fantastic toget in to the details with her about her shift as we saw it and good experience we had. Wow .. we also got turned on to a PeachMilkshake and let me tell you. I ate it with a spoon it was so lip smacking ! Tried ordering via the app but kept receiving something went wrong error messages, so I went through the drive thru. Placed my order and after driving away noticed cream and sugar wasn 't in the bag. Turned around walked through the thunderstorm into the restaurant to get it. Once I arrived at my appt starving and ready to eat, when I unwrapped my sandwich it looked as though it didn 't have any chicken on it. Opened up the biscuit to find a chicken nugget sitting in the middle of it. Threw it in the garbage.

We missed breakfast by 3 minutes (ends at 10:30) but no regrets bc the fries were perfect level of saltiness crispiness and potatoey. We dined inside and staff brought us food to our table timely. Condiments and other amenities (wet wipes, jams, andketchup packets) well stocked. Really clean inside restaurant with professional staff. Seems like they have some offices here??Flowers on each table, fun cow art to encourage more chicken consumption. A nice pit stop to start our road trip.
Going downhill like Portillos across the street. Black folk can't have nothing nice for long. Ordered food through drive through, forgot sauce all together for tenders and extra dressing I paid for, for salad. Got my sauces. Get home. No straw fordrink, got my order wrong. Please check your bag before leaving this location. Food was good, just wish we could keeprestaurants worth the drive in our neighborhoods, or close by them.
All of the staff at this location are phenomenal. But, Joelle the manager is too sweet. I had a mix-up with my order a month ago and she remembered my call. She put my information down and brought up my receipt right away. She replaced my items and apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you kindly!

This was the first time I have ever eaten at this Chick-fil-A fil-A. It is a good place to have a quick meal with friends. The staff was courteous and attentive. I really enjoyed my Cobb salad. Keep up the good work.
