Chick-fil-a - Réservation de table

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, and the CFA in Martinsville has fantastic staff and delicious food. However, I do have a complaint. Today, I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I usually place my order through the mobile app, which is meant to speed things up, but that hasn't always been my experience. Typically, there are two employees taking orders in one lane while only one is taking orders in the other, which creates a bottleneck. Also, it seems that when I finally pull up to receive my order, other cars are being served ahead of me, which slows everything down—especially if you're in the inner lane. The best tasting chicken at this Chick Fil-A I have ever had at any Chick Fil-A hands down. This restaurant makes all the other Chick Fil-A's look really bad in comparison. The chicken tenders are sweet, tender, and delicious even without any sauce! Great job to the management and entire crew. They also went above and beyond to make us an entire catering platter at short notice (in the drive-through line) for a family meal. 10/10 would recommend.

The food was great, but the past few times I've been here we did wait in the Drive-Thru longer than I have at other stores. Which was strange, because last time I was the first person in line at the drive-thru and still had to wait a few minutes at the window. It wasn't a rush or anything either. It was just odd.

It's chick fil A, what can I say you kind of expect a level of perfectionism and this chick fil a..sure does exceed. I've had chick fil a all my life...everywhere and never had better chicken then this location in VA. It hits different. Thank the chicken Gods Réservez une table maintenant

It's Chick-fil-A. No matter how crowded it gets, the staff is always friendly and efficient, and the food is great. They also know how to make sweet tea just right. I had a quick stop at the drive-thru in between baseball games, and it was perfect!

They are always smiling and so very polite!! Always tell you to have a great day. Food is always top notch!! The egg white grill is my favorite so glad they brought it back!! Hope they always continue to carry it!! My family's favorite also!

Every time I visit the restaurant, which is roughly twice a week, they consistently forget something from my order. I've learned that I need to double-check my order before leaving, as this has happened to me on four separate occasions.

The service is excellent. The food is overpriced and bland. Very, very, bland. Except for their milkshakes! The milkshakes are priced reasonably and taste amazing. Very rich and creamy. If only their regular food had as much flavor. Réservez une table maintenant

Food fast and fresh. Never felt so attacked having my order taken than when it was taken by Matthew today. Super aggressive and the most unpleasant surprise I’ve ever had in all of my experiences with the restaurant.

Great service! Lines can look long but they get you in and out quickly! Food is right every time!
