The menu prices are significantly outdated, and I can't help but wonder if this is part of a bait-and-switch tactic. All the takeout sandwiches I ordered were priced $1 to $2 higher at the drive-thru than what was listed online for that day at that specific location. This is unacceptable. When I asked the young man taking my order about the discrepancy, he seemed surprised and had no explanation. I can't help but wonder how much we and others have unknowingly contributed to this "gimmick" during the pandemic when we were ordering more frequently.
I've been dining at Chick-fil-A for years, taking my kids to the play area and meeting friends for lunch. The company has a solid reputation for treating its employees well, fairly, and equitably. However, the manager at this location, Octavia, falls short in her managerial abilities. Her communication skills are lacking, and it's clear that she is not pleased with her job or the staff she supervises, which is evident in her demeanor. I've even noticed her carrying a baby strapped to her chest while on the job.
This Chick-fil-A seems to have a problem with their portions. The Mac Cheese was half filled and the 4-piece Chicken strips were as small as my thumb. The box looks like it has a 2 piece, not a 4 piece. For $9.15, it?s not what I paid for. This is the 3rd time this has happened. No one answers when you call to complain. Today was just like the past 2 times. Time to start going to a different Chick-fil-A. Update ...went again today, even worse. .
This is a very good place to eat. Great food and great friendly service. For many years, everyone has been here and have fast service and hot food. The lemonade is amazing love the chicken is so delicious. Shakes are also very good. Polynesian is my favorite diving sauce. Can be filled here, but it has fast service. Don't waste your time ordering ahead. It takes longer than just waiting in line. I've tried it several times, and you can expect an additional 15-20 minute wait once you arrive. For some reason, the food is always cold. Their curbside service used to be great, but they've discontinued it. If you decide to order ahead, make sure to do it through the drive-thru. It still takes a while, but at least your food will be hot.
The worst chick fil a I?ve ever been to. They always mess up my order. I ordered a market salad with a spicy cold filet and I?m given a market salad with grilled chicken. I asked for a large drink and was given a small. Asked for a chocalte milk and was given white. Workers here are lazy and never enter orders correctly. Save your money and just drive to the Haygood location.
I was really impressed by this restaurant. The service was incredibly friendly, and our food arrived quickly right to our table. There was even someone who checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The food was excellent; the chicken nuggets were made from real chicken pieces, not processed or ground meat. This place is definitely not your average fast food joint!
One of the best chick felts in the 757. If there is even a waiting period, it is not very long and also the employees there really go beyond and beyond. It is worth taking the additional two minutes to avoid the other location on independence. Very recommended to go here instead!!! Réservez une table maintenant
Amazing experience! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly and my order arrives quickly and accurately. There was only one occasion when they got my order slightly wrong, but they promptly resolved it with a generous gesture! I will definitely keep coming back!
