Worst service I?ve ever had going into a fast food restaurant for take out. There was no direction from management and employees were walking around looking lost. Half of the employees on staff were on break at the same time and the entire order screen was blinking red with late orders. The only person working the counter and taking people?s orders kept taking phone calls and the guy behind me waited over 5 minutes just to place his order because nobody was behind the register. There should be better communication and organization and I don?t recommend eating at this particular location. 25 minutes to get a chicken biscuit is ridiculous.
I don?t know what happened to this Chick-fil-a, but they went downhill horribly quick. This used to be a well-run location, but then it took a turn for the worse and it now takes close to 60 minutes to get food at the drive through. Unfortunately with a wait that long, I would advise people to just go to another location or fast food place altogether. Unfortunately my order has also been wrong twice after waiting this long. It?s disappointing as we love Chick-fil-a, but we won?t be returning to this location and advise other families to do the same.
Double drive through line around building, line at dine in too. As good as they are, I still do not understand their overwhelming popularity. We went for lunch at this stand alone store instead of Willow Grove Park Mall food court because the latter does not offer chicken soup but unfortunately they had already sold out. Number one combo was excellent as usual.
Would be nice if the order was ready at the store after placing an app. order. Gad to wait 3 different times. When I got there they hadn't started it. I placed it approximately 5 minutes or longer before getting there. It was only 1 gal of Sweet tea. Other than that staff is very friendly.
