This was the first time I've ever had an issue with my order at this restaurant! Instead of receiving my two orders of grilled chicken nuggets (8 pieces each), I got two side salads and just one order of fried nuggets. When I went back inside after going through the drive-thru, the manager promptly told me that I would have to pay for the second order of grilled chicken nuggets. He didn’t say anything like, “I’m sorry for the mistake” or “sorry for the inconvenience of having to come back.” I felt brushed off and frustrated. My wife and I went here on Saturday afternoon. I am so disappointed with this restaurant since the renovation. We placed our order and went thru the drive andwent we got to the pickup we waited for 5 minutes onky to be told we had to pull up to the parking spot for our order. We waited in the car for another 10 minutes before my wife went in to complain. It was so chaotic in there and the manager didn't give us a reason for our order not being ready. They just gave my wife our order and said sorry. We always loved chick fil a because of their values and their food but the service was absoutely horrible. We onky live right around the corner but we will NOT go there again.
We really love the food at Chick-fil-A and frequently pick up takeout. However, it seems like something is often missing from our orders. It's almost impossible to get in touch with someone over the phone for help. Tonight, we found that the cookies were missing. In the past, we've also noticed that the fries were left out or the sauces weren't included. Just a tip: be sure to check your bag before you leave the drive-thru.
Prior to remodeling, the drive thru wait time was impossible sometimes almost a hour in single line). Now, it has gotten better since final transactions take place with double lines) upon exit with your order bringing down total average wait about 2o minutes when packed. Continual mismanagment makes this location one to avoid. Very slow service. Incompetence filling online orders. Food is what you would expect; fried chicken. Often takeout lanes snake around the building as the poorly trained navigate logistical gafs. Could be a gold mine if they could get their act together. As it is I don't know why people put up with it.
This is the worst Chick-fila ever! They will always screw up your order whether it's in person or delivery. They often miss adding condiments and if you ask for a salad you can expect that instructions are never followed. I've been here 4 times and all 4 times the order has been wrong.

This restaurant is impeccably clean and well-organized, and the staff is exceptional! We visited on a night when part of the proceeds was donated to my son's high school (PW). We genuinely appreciate the owner's generosity towards our community. Réservez une table maintenant
