After having a number of terrible service experiences at this branch, today was a the lowest bar I’ve experienced at a fast food establishment in awhile. I ordered a curbside pick up for just a medium sized lemonade. After 20 minutes of waiting and receiving an incorrect notification my order had been delivered, I left my car and went inside. Inside by the counter, I was not helped or even acknowledged for another 8 minutes. At that time, I had to flag down an employee myself who milled around for awhile, eventually giving me a drink that had been standing for 30 minutes. Ordered food 1 hour ago. I tried to go back into the app to see the progress after like 45 minutes and I couldnt. My card got charged. Got an email confirmation of the order. Have called the store 7 times but no one answers the damn phone. Service here has always been fine when ordering and picking up at the store. But any time I order delivery the service is trash. Like other Chick-Fil-A’s this one has removed dine in space to bias toward drive up take out eating. The service and dine in experience of the past is gone.
