I get everyone is short staffed. I get lunch time is one of the busiest times. However, no matter what time you go, drive through is given priority over mobile orders. We order in advance so we don?t have to sit there 30 mins waiting for food, but we wind up waiting forever anyway. Dedicate 1 lane or a person to mobile orders only. It doesn?t matter if you choose to do curbside or get in line, it?s a nightmare with an extra long wait. What?s the point of ordering ahead if we have to wait twice as long as people who didn?t? Last week , we sat in curbside 20 mins before our order was brought out.Finally had to chase someone down to find out what was taking so long. Of course all you get is ?I?...
This place is awesome!! We eat here all the time. It?s always crowded but they move customers through there so fast, it?s unreal. I?ll tell you how fast they are; my daughter and I went inside to eat. We ordered our food and before the young lady could fill up 2 drinks the young man (Wesley) was walking around the dining area looking for us with our food. That?s fast!!! Gotta give props to Wesley, that dude was all about prompt service. Job well done. Always clean inside. Highly recommend stopping here. I will add this, traffic can be congested at times. Be careful pulling out. Look twice.
Be careful who you hire, you’re starting to turn into a McDonald’s. I ordered, several times because the woman couldn’t seem to understand me. She reads back the order. We finally get it right. I get to the window and they have me park despite no one behind me. They forgot my sweetener for my unsweet ice tea. I get to work only to find, my order was wrong. I can’t have cheese and yet despite me repeating my order and her saying it back, it was wrong. In the garbage it went. You’re not the cheapest. If I wanted a cheap breakfast that was wrong, I’d go to McDonald’s. Do better.
I love Chick-fil-A! I like how fresh there chicken is, fried but not dry. This location is amazing on how they have a crew that keeps such a busy location moving along. We stopped in at the peak of lunch hour and there were dozens of cars in the drive through. I was sure it was going to take forever but it moved rather quickly. They have people taking orders walking along the cars and when you get to the other side they are handing out food. For such a busy time I think we were there less than 10 minutes from start to finish when I expected much longer time. Réservez une table maintenant
Lately, the last 4 or 5 times ive has been annoyed every time... I tell the person on the drive exactly what I want and get into the window n his never done right... This last time I went in and had them repair it n the manager was like good that not what the receipt says well sorry I know what I ordered n said her extra thick frosted coffee n grilled nuggets 4 my salad n neithet was right n washes on the receipt so... He seemed like I was lying, but I always commanded it... the ppl just don't fix it, not my fault...
Food is always freshened sometimes even too hot to eat first. Very fast customer service with results! I have to say that there were times to eat in this restaurant where the milk products were not the freshest, and they brewed their tea from a fresh, seems like shopbought something near Milos or Arizona tea. But to eat everything in all one of the best fast food restaurants in Hickory.
Chick fil A is ALWAYS a good choice, whether you dive or drive through the ride. Staff are ALWAYS friendly!!! Fast service. I went through the ride. I got the grilled chicken club with American cheese, waffles and sweet tea. had to get a brownie for dessert!!! Food is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
