Giving 1 Star because they now charge $0.50 +tax for a Pup Cup, that 's a small cup with whipped cream in it. First time I 've ever been charged for one, so I asked the guy who gave me my receipt when they started charging. According to him, his manager said that whip cream was the most expensive item they had. Sad for this, my pup loves her pup cup and chicken nuggets. Maybe there are still Chick-fil-A 's out there that still love their furry patrons, this one sure doesn 't.
Went through the Drive-thru on Wednesday for a late lunch. My grandson was needing some Chick-fil-A. We stopped by the 119 store in Pelham. Order taker was polite. Did not have to wait to order. As always, the outside area was clean no trash anywhere on property. We enjoyed the chicken nuggets, large fries, and topping off with Coke. Nuggets were hot and juicy and tender. They have great fries. You can't mess up a coke? Friendly customer service and great food.
I ordered a 12-piece chicken nugget with waffle fries and a sweet tea and when I got home the tea was unsweetened, I wish I had check my order and tea before I left, as I usually do check my order, because I was unsatisfied with that unsweetened tea. Obviously the worker that made my order did not pay any attention to the order and with that being said, I was dissatisfied with the beverage.
Didn't like customer service chick f a is know for excellent customer service but lately certain locations are heartless and unprofessional today I walked in this location they didnt greet me I stood there waiting for 2 to 5 mins before they asked to take my order very rude won't support this location Réservez une table maintenant
Fries and breakfast tots taste old and are stale… this place keeps getting worse and worse. Forgot my ranch for the 2nd time in a row. Not cool. Guess I'll start checking my bag every time
The soda has been flat recently, they often run out of kale salad, and the chicken biscuits vary a lot in texture—it feels like there are two different kinds of biscuits.
The only negative thing I could say is, sometimes you have to ask again at the window because they mightve forgotten to put it in the bag
