Chick-fil-a - Réserver une table

I ordered from the app a few hours ago. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich (which I can't eat) and took a while to talk to someone, but a really sweet gentleman quwall and he liked to refund me before he offered to have someone with the right order. I will definitely use this site in the future. Customer service so is hard to come and he deserves an increase.

Worst CFA I?ve been to. You can tell the management is not what it should be. Lines inside, outside, and mobile orders lined outside waiting for food. Employees are leisurely rummaging around, holding conversations and ignoring the line of cars,people, and orders. Huge CFA fan, never have seen a CFA restaurant so out of sorts until today.

Rude employees. Unstocked bathroom. Our Cobb salad didn?t have any eggs in it as advertised. The chicken in our salads was tough. We ordered a coffee and it came lukewarm. After requesting another one, they handed us another lukewarm cup. All togetherthis was an extremely disappointing visit to CFA.

Sweet tea could have been sweeter, not SC sweeter but sweeter. I ordered in the app to speed things up, but I would have picked up inside because the drive was crazy, but it was during the rush hour. Otherwise it was great as usual.

The slowest Chick-fil-A ever experienced? slowest fast food experience overall for that matter. This is based on multiple visits both dine in and take out. Definitely not meeting the standards of others?
