It would have been a good experience but the little guy taking my order seemed like he was preoccupied with something else! He didn't tell me I needed to pull up to menu and when he finally did, he stood in front of the menu where I could not see it. I had to ask him to move over so I could see the menu. Then he keep getting my order wrong and I had to repeat the order several times! I've always have had a great experience with Chick-fil-A when ordering inside the restaurant or in drive thru. The overall customer service had always been superb but this time was different!
Only issue is the portion. Comparing the taste of a chicken strip to others chikFA has that down...it's just the portion is like they cut a strip into four strips. Going to other chicken spots including Popeyes you can see what I mean. Good, but for the price portion especially on nuggets and strips could be betterFood: 4/5
It seems that managers and owners of this store do not worry about the safety of their employees. You need them to park over the street and walk over 5 streets of busy traffic to work. Every time I drive Walnut, there are Chick Fil-A staff who cross the way to work. Better!
