We went to this chick-fil-a this morning for breakfast and when we got home my chicken bite mini meal was hard and cold and it was missing a top bread on one of the minis. I proceeded to call the location and spoke with Tina who told me I would need to come in to get a refund because they can’t do it over the phone. I stopped by the restaurant today, and when I got home, I realized they shorted me a chicken biscuit. I definitely didn't want to go back and wait in that long line again, so I ended up with no breakfast while everyone else enjoyed theirs. I'm really disappointed and still hungry.
There were about 15 to 17 cars ahead of us, and the other line looked similar. However, we received our food in just 15 minutes. Everything was excellent; the order was accurate and still hot. The ice cream was delicious, though it was a bit too sweet for my taste.

The Chick-Fil-a location on Clearview is the best overall on the east bank. They consistently get the order correct and location is easy to get in and out for carry out.
Speedy service. Just what you expect from the establishment! Wondering why the lobby still isn't open at all, though!
Considerably more expensive than anticipated… With that being said I was not disappointed in the food one bit.
I was just picking up a Uber Eats order for a customer, but it looks like they're doing quite well there.
