I was quite disappointed with the customer service at Chick-fil-A, especially since I had higher expectations from this establishment. Richard handled my order but was rude and appeared uncertain about what he was doing. I hope this level of service and attitude is not typical of Chick-fil-A. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1. While the menu was appealing, the poor service significantly detracted from the overall experience.
The service at Chick-fil-A was very poor. Deja came to my friend's car to take our order but left without saying a word and never came back. Our experience with the menu was also disappointing. Service rating: 1.
