I entered the restaurant expecting a great dining experience, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I was informed there would be a 25-minute wait, but it seemed that my wife and I were the only ones waiting, as I saw several other people being seated shortly after. After our meal, I approached the host (Jim) to ask why we were not seated sooner, and he explained that the kitchen staff was behind schedule, which wasn’t mentioned when I was told about the wait. It feels as though this place selectively chooses who to seat, and I was left very disappointed.
The customer service was satisfactory. However, the fries were disappointing—greasy and overcooked, with a dark brown color. I wasn't sure if the cooking oil needed to be replaced or if they had simply been cooked too long. When I approached the counter to request a new order of fries, a female manager informed me that they had switched the cooking oil, which attributed to their brown appearance. I pointed out the excessive oiliness, mentioning that I had to use a napkin to soak it up. Her reaction was simply an "ohhh."
Management should do a better job of monitoring the drive thru orders. Why am I listening to side bar conversations instead of getting my order? Ice cream and milkshakes melting while I am listening to who got hired when and how old they are. Do better!UPDATED (12/01): You need a better set up for mobile orders. A person arriving for a mobile order almost sideswiped me in the drive thru because you have all three lanes merging at once. Do better!
We had a wonderful experience this morning! We were dining at 645am and the staff was already cheerful, friendly, and accommodating! This Chick-fil-A is extraordinarily kid friendly. We sat in the real train car to eat and one of the lead staffmembers gave us hats and placemats for the kids. We all enjoyed the train circling the ceiling of the restaurant, too! The food,as always, was delicious and came out quickly. Réservez une table maintenant
Stopped in for breakfast and was seated fast. Ordered the Chik-f-a omelette with toast and vanilla cold brew. All the food was good but not great. I was hoping for more out of the omelette, but it was basically chopped chik-fil-a sandwich chicken on some griddled eggs with shredded cheese. Again, good but I was hoping for more. Will be back next time I’m in the area.
Three days ago, I dined at this restaurant and was very pleased with the food and, of course, the service. It’s clear that the staff here are well-trained and know how to provide excellent customer service. Other nearby restaurants could really benefit from taking notes on how to recruit, select, and train their employees by observing this establishment.
On September 15, 2022, at around 9:00 PM, I discovered a human nail at the bottom of my fruit punch. I promptly called the store and spoke with an assistant manager named Tim. When I explained the situation to him, he was surprisingly unconcerned. I strongly advise against dining here. I will be contacting my lawyer regarding this matter.
