Always amazing experience, impressive rework. As I entered, a customer upset his order was incorrect. As I got in line, the customer manager discussion was heating up. The customer's tone kept getting louder. There was no hiding for customer and staff alike. The customer was admit that everyone knew he was angry. The manager was out of this world amazing. Her voice never raised, she kept a very calm, even tone. I was speechless at her grace and strength through the whole confrontation. She was amazing never losing her cool, still trying to please by the end a very disrespectful customer. This manager deserve a raise that is how a manager should be. Absolutely amazing job!

I highly recommend trying the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of heat. The Chicken Nuggets were also a hit—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. If you're in the mood for something comforting, the Mac N Cheese is a must-try; it was creamy and delicious. Lastly, the Chicken Tenders were perfectly cooked and a great option for anyone looking for a classic favorite. Overall, this place offers great value for money and tasty dishes!
After finishing our meal, I was in the play area with my daughter when we noticed a boy who seemed much too big—possibly a high school student—using curse words repeatedly. There were other kids present, and my daughter felt too intimidated to join in the fun. I approached a man in a suit who seemed to be the manager, and he addressed the boy about his behavior. Unfortunately, my daughter was upset because she wasn't able to enjoy the slide. Despite this incident, it's still a lovely restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food.
I genuinely think this is an amazing place for a first date. Every table is decorated with lovely flowers, contributing to a wonderfully romantic vibe. My husband and I love visiting this restaurant for special occasions and appreciate seeing all the familiar faces. Some of the staff are truly among my favorite people. Can't believe the slide is real! So disappointed with my only fast food choice of the last 10 years. The sandwich has gotten smaller and less tasty. The bun has been crumbly for about a year now. And now... The waffle fries are in bits and pieces. Finally, the staff no longer respond to thanks any differently than anyone else in the world. So, I'm pretty much done.
I haven't eaten a while from chicken felt. I got a gift card and the idea to use it and order some food. The grilled chicken was very thin and cold. The workers are big and maybe they were understated. It happens everywhere. I hope it gets better. I loved chic fil a. I'll go back one day and see if it's changed.
Despite the drive thru line being a lil long, the employees were great at moving the line along and my food order was correct. Tho for fast food I thought it to be a lil pricey. I paid $17 for a 5 piece kids meal and a small chocolate shake. Réservez une table maintenant
