Chick-fil-a - Réservation de table

This chicfila use to be great before the new changes to the building. The two lanes is very silly idea for this space. It's very hard for customers and employees to cross in front of cars that wrap around the entire building. It's very dangerous and who ever designed it was very silly. The new employees here are extremely slow. I've gotten my order through the drive thru and have had them hand me a cup holder filled with liquid more than once that spilled in my car and got everything wet. So now I take my cups out the holder every time to check. Yesterday I ordered a chicken on a biscuit for breakfast and was given the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen. The staff is always courteous which is great. They?re also pretty good about moving people through the lines quickly... However- they have been getting worse and worse with actually delivering what you order. They got the order ?correct? but- I ordered a large frie. This is what they gave me.... EDIT: went again for the first time in a long time, again ordered a large fire?.the second photo shows they are still charging more but not delivering what you pay for. Disappointed that they are still skimping and charging for something they are not providing. Somewhat immoral. Had to revise my review down from one star to two.

This is an extremely busy location. I respect the pressure they are under. There is room for improvement on handling this pressure. We don't always have all of our items and occasionally we get incorrect items. They do fix it as soon as it is brought to their attention. With that said, there do seem to be more errors since the remodel. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it, but that is when the errors really started to show. Again, they are always polite and willingly fix issues.

Chick-fil-A has a good reputation for excellent customer service. Our Camden, DE Chick-fil-A, definitely lives up to this standard. The line is always long. It's always moving fast. People are always really nice and efficient at their work. This visit was the same. The food is great. Experience was great. Réservez une table maintenant

Love stopping by here while passing through for a road trip! The customer service is phenomenal at this particular location! It is also set up perfect for a quick order and grab with little to no wait!

Need a N/A option for reviews atmosphere isn 't really applicable when you 're in the drive thru. The food was hot, and service was friendly and quick. They have their process down to a science.

Went there on a Thursday night around dinner and they were super efficient in moving people through the outdoor queue. I asked for extra sauce and they delivered!
