Owners/manager please take note. You have a great staff and they helped get us through the pandemic but lately there have been some disappointments. Things like, We got Diet Coke instead of regular Coke and cold of old fries yesterday when we ordered?no-salt which usually means hot fresh. It?s not the end of the world but really disappointing when you drive away then findout.

I just moved here after living in Sumter for two years, and this place was amazing! I use the mobile app and was already rewarded while I never received anything directly from the Sumter industry. My order is always correct, workers are friendly and my order is always ready. Love this place.

I had the most pleasant interaction with an employee called Lauren. She was so charismatic and helpful. The service was impeccable. The food is always reliable and I look forward to eating. KEEP IT UP CHICK FIL A!!!!

Love the food and the place. Closed on Sundays is not a good idea. Church can be before 10:00 if you need to. Wilson is hard to get out of the 95 and back out almost was widowed by a monster pickup. Be aware.

Your associate Carson was an impressive young man. Very attentive, well spoken and efficient. Very helpful. Class act and refreshing to see people enjoying their job. Well done! ????
