Chick-fil-a In Warner Rob

It seems like every time I come here this place always finds a way to screw up orders. One time I got a sandwich with pepper jack cheese instead of Colby jack cheese. Another time I got a sandwich with pickles instead of a sandwich with NO pickles. I mean damn it’s not that hard to understand what people want while being accurate . And I’ve had countless times where I got a fork instead of a spoon to eat my parfait with. That’s just a few issues I’ve had. Then tonight I get a large Powerade with lite ice and it taste like straight water. Change the freaking BIB out . I wanted to cuss out that girl Courtney on the phone so bad but I’m not the type to do that. This place is nothing like it use...

this chick fil a is by far the worst establishment in the world. I went through the drive thru and it was almost as if 1 person was working both lanes and the window. I first sat at the speaker for a few minutes before even being spoken to, then I repeated my order several times because I was told “I’m sorry, can you repeat that “ several times due to the lack of training and unprofessionalism of the people working there. I expect so much more out of them but this morning I was let down tremendously.
