I’ve always loved this location and do plan on coming back. : I’ve always have a great experience at this location, but the last time I went, somehow my $12 order got combined with someone else’s $26 order, leading to me being charged $38. I didn’t realize the mistake since I ordered paid on the app, so I grabbed the food in the drive thru and drove home. We had an order for five and CFA did not take the time to ensure the order was complete. The buns were soggy and drinks had no ice. I was mostly disappointed that when I called to speak to the operator, I was told he may or may not call me back..seriously, at a CFA? The manager on duty did replace some rewards in my account, but honestly I didn’t get a sense that he cared, and based on what he told me about the operator, maybe it starts at the top. I’ll just go to a different CFA next time!
