I just wanted to try the kebab for the first time at the Westfalen gas station in Kerpen. I've been standing there for a long time and I see that there's very little veal left. I had already thought about only taking 1x veal instead of 3x veal. Then a new person comes from behind and talks to the waitress in Turkish from the end of the queue and I am then told that there is no more veal, even though I can see with my own eyes that there is at least one portion left, if not more. And in a VERY unfriendly way. I felt really ripped off. Very unfortunate. Since a family member only likes veal, I left and will never come back.
Geht garnicht, zum dritten Mal hole ich mir dort etwas zu essen. Und zum dritte Mal pure Enttäuschung. Ich habe mir eine chilli Cheese Pommes geholt. Du zahlst 5€ für labbrige Fritten, mit einer Käse Sauce die GARKEINEN Geschmack hat. Ich weiß das fritten mit Sauce immer labbrig sind aber auch die Fritten die unter dem winzigen Klecks Sauce sind, sind komplett labbrig- und ich habe diese direkt nach dem Kauf gegessen. Zusätzlich hab ich Sauce bestellt, den Behälter bekam ich nur zur Hälfte gefüllt. Pure Enttäuschung, nicht zu empfehlen, sorry.
Nach langer Zeit war ich wieder dort und war sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal schien völlig überfordert zu sein. Es gab keine Pommes mehr und das Fleisch wurde, um es milde auszudrücken, sehr sparsam portioniert und sogar wieder vom Teller genommen weil der „Dönermeister“ der Meinung war es sei zu viel… Diskussionen im Team über die Portionen und mit Mir waren dann der krönende Abschluss!!! Schade, wir sind immer gerne gekommen jetzt nicht mehr
Normally I love the chili cheese kebab and it tastes great too, but lately when I order from Lieferando everything is always wrong or I go there personally and say what I want individually then when I get home and want to eat I see that something is missing again They really have to be careful. Especially if you order chili cheese kebab and then you get it without the sauce

War enorm lecker, der Service sehr freundlich und Atmosphäre war sehr schön, dunkle Ecken, helle Ecken, schönes Grasambiente
The food is very tasty and the staff are always friendly. The shop is nicely decorated and you can eat well on site.
Hol doch 800€ für ne kleine Box Fleisch und 50€ für ein Tütchen Ketchup. Ist das Essen von Balenciaga oder was?
wie immer alles bestens und sehr lecker … mein Favorit ist die Nummer 1 … Chili Cheese Sandwich Kalb …
