It was a Sunday and it was crowded but we were seated within 10 minutes.Lovely, attentive server, checked on us and refilled drinks.I ordered the Big Mouth Bites with fries. Sorry I don't have any photos...I devoured themfries were hot and tasty. Little burgers were just enough to satisfy the rubbing in my tummy.Parking: Adequate parking spaces for this time of evening.Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of families dining out. I noticed some which included three generations.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, parking and ramp right out front.
I had not been to Chili's in a while, but I was craving their Southwestern egg rolls. Unfortunately, the Cordova location was out of them, so I decided to try the bacon ranch quesadilla instead. It was delicious! The bartender, whose name I think was Casey, was fantastic. Currently waiting for my food at the Chili's in the Memphis (Germantown area, hoping to finally get my egg rolls. The service has been great so far. Parking is easy and wheelchair accessible, meeting ADA standards. Stay tuned for more updates!
I grew up going to chili’s and I’ve given this location many chances with no success. They never have the restaurant open and only one server trying to serve the entire bar area. After waiting over twenty minutes to put our drink order in I had to leave. This is the new normal at this location and it’s sad. Don’t waste your time here I promise you you’ll be disappointed.
I was disappointed that I did not receive what I paid for. I ordered a crispy 8-piece wings but only received 7 mediocre wings, essentially paying $20 for just French fries. The next day, I returned the food and the manager was very friendly and courteous. I cannot recall his name, but I am grateful for his assistance. Réservez une table maintenant
I honestly have nothing bad to say. Whoever was cooking Wednesday night (October 18, 2023) around 7pm, my hat goes off to you! the food was so hot and fresh! the drinks were so good and the waitress was awesome! I was in bliss. This Chili’s hands down was the best ever. I wanna go back again and again and again!
Nikkie was helping us out. She’s 100% the most energetic and enthusiastic person in the entire staff. She was super patient and receptive. Whatever yall are paying her, it ain’t enough. She’s a key player to the team. 10/10 would return just to be served by her again.
