We dine in occasionally but we mostly get carry out( ok ALOT of carry out They’re always so friendly and I’ve never had a wrong order. You can’t beat the $10.99 deal and the chicken enchilada soup is my favorite soup ever from anywhere. I wish they’d put the Margareta chicken back as one of the $10.99. They raised the price on that so I don’t gey it anymore but got it all the time before they raised the price on it. I’m literally within walking distance to the Brandon location and I’m a rewards member so I’m always earning free desserts or even a free appetizer once in a while.
The staff didn't greet me entering or acknowledge me at the bar for 10 mins (busy). Please have bartenders stay behind the bar though, take the headphone off, and engage the customers for orders. Hire a bar back or runner vs having the bar staff disappear for periods of time. Prices made no sense and we're too high. So 6 cheese sticks are $15 but a HALF order is $11?? I can get a gourmet half salad with a six oz fried chicken on it for $8 down the road. So you guys aren't even trying to compete or make sense. Please fix your pricing.
The Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich was significantly improved this time around. The chicken was thoroughly cooked, which was great to see. However, the ranch dressing and salsa seemed a bit watered down, likely to stretch the portions further, a common practice in many restaurants.
I had an amazing experience at this Chili's location. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially compared to the ones we usually visit in Tampa! It was truly a standout experience.

The chicken wings were not served with the sauce on the side as requested. Additionally, the quality of the fajita mix— including the proteins, vegetables, and tortillas—was disappointing.
My triple dipper turned into a double dipper because the third item was missing. They also forgot to include my mango sweet tea. I know now not to order from them again. A waste of money.
