The food seems to be good and consistent the problem is they never have enough staff and it needs updating and cleaned. Our last visit had 1 waitress working the entire floor. While she did her best and was very nice things as you imagine where slow.She definitely needed help as the place was full. I give her credit she did try hard to keep all the tables satisfied but couldtell she was overwhelmed
The Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich was significantly improved this time around. The chicken was thoroughly cooked, which was great to see. However, the ranch dressing and salsa seemed a bit watered down, likely to stretch the portions further, a common practice in many restaurants.
I had an amazing experience at this Chili's location. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially compared to the ones we usually visit in Tampa! It was truly a standout experience.
