Well it shouldn 't but I over heard my bartender RJ and another employee from my seat at the bar in the kitchen making transphobic and anti ya comments. As well as making gunshot sounds yelling I 'll knock you out boy! Yelling wig or no wig riddle me that and making loud clapping sounds their staff is unprofessional and to feel like I couldn 't even finish my meal there because of the disgusting comments these employees were making about me needs investigated and the parties involved reprimanded! Awful disgusting and hurtful behavior zero stars for the bartender beiing a min...
I usually really enjoy the visits but this one was different. I came with my 2 kids and their food was fine but my order came out and half my food was cold so I asked for new wings. She said they would get new ones and then she came back to get rid of the others. She brought back the same wings that were reheated and clearly dried out. Even my 8 year old said those are the same... I agreed and then told the server she could just take them and she apologized and took them away and said they were clearly gross. Then she came back and changed her story and said she threw the others away but didn 't understand why those looked so bad. She took aome off the bill which wasn 't the point... Just do...
I don’t like reviewing chain restaurants, but this place really surpassed my expectations. I’ve driven past this place for 20 years without ever paying attention to it until today. We went there because of an appealing Veterans Day incentive, but I wasn’t expecting much… but boy was I surprised!!! The pictures speak for themselves. The burgers were generous, fresh and tasty with lots of lettuce and pickles on them. The fries were perfect and plentiful, and we had to bring the appetizers home, because we just couldn’t eat it all. The Street corn was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the Draft Beer was fresh and cold, and the taps were clean. I’ll be back.
Got the seafood pasta bake. It was delicious. The shrimp was well cooked and seasoned. The crab was very slightly overcooked but nothing worth deducting stars over since it's meant to be eaten with the rest of the dish. The pasta was well cooked. Not overcooked and not under done. Our server was absolutely amazing. She checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The table was also very clean when we sat down which was nice. Overall I very much enjoyed my visit here as did my partner.

I loved my meal I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger,but my husband had the brisket burger and he said the sauce was too tangy like vinegar tasting so since he wasn't fond but ate it anyway is the only reason for the 4 The service was excellent The waitress was amazing.
Terrible terrible terrible!!! Served raw and uncooked food, first was the appetizer slider meat was pink then they served uncooked chicken for my children this is unacceptable and disgusting. Both times I've been and I've had issues, never again
excellent service. great eating. nice and hot on pickup. jr at to go is the best patient and thorough. he even made sure that it was plasticutensils to go. the first time at this place and we will definitely return.
Food was great but the our waitress was very inattentive. We had to repeatedly stop other staff to get what we needed. Maybe our waitress was having a bad day.

Needed a quick lunch after an appointment. Food was pretty good, but the place smelled a kinda weird, and the staff were a little sloppy. Overall, just okay.
1st visit to a Chili's in over 20 years. It was delicious. Wish there was one closer to my home.
