The service was extremely slow with hardly any other customer but a flew. I didn?t feel like my server was attentive, at all. She wasn?t just not aware. We order some drinks and when then came back it was a rotten lemon inside. Yuck! I don?t how youmissed that and put that in someone?s drink. We waited about 25 minutes for chips and queso. Clearly there is no suck thing acaring and doing your job correctly. And there was was bottle of cleaning solutions inches from me and my drink. That made mevery uncomfortable No happy about this at all.
After that, I asked for the check. We waited and waited, and I had to ask again if it was coming. More waiting ensued, and eventually, I went to the bar to settle the bill. Someone there told me that the check was on its way. More waiting. If I had enough cash, we would have just left a tip and gone. We could have easily dined and dashed multiple times. Finally, I decided we should just leave. The check finally arrived, we paid, and left. Chili's used to be great, but I wouldn't recommend this location. It’s just not worth it.
Chili's has been an almost weekly occurrence recently for my brothers and I on the weekends. The food is always delicious and I have been opting more for the soup and salad or a margarita chicken when we go for lunch. The service is always great and wealways feel welcome for the next visit. Dinner is a little busier for them but I haven't had any complaints with service nomatter when we go.
The service was exceptional, food was out of this world... We stopped by for dinner after attending the farm that's about 6 mins. away. We were a huge party I mean 16 people maybe missing more, but honestly they were very accommodating and generous.Highly recommend it, if I'm honest I'd just rather come to Chili's instead of the overly expensive farm

The Manager April at Chilis was so accommodating due to another door dash fiasco!!! They never brought order and it was left and we were charged. It was a total mess trying to get credit. We decided to order takeout from this restaurant after a year, hoping for a better experience, despite our previous knowledge of their subpar food quality. Unfortunately, we were let down again. The food was cold and hard, making it inedible. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning.
Ordered lunch from here today. Ordered a burger with fries. Did not get our fries. Called to speak to a manager was on hold two different times for 15 minutes. April never answered the phone. Would give Chris from curbside 5 out of 5. He was helpful andvery friendly.
I took my mom out to dinner. the waiter was so awesome. I can't remember his name. But he is tall and African American. He had a awesome personality and great with customer service. You guys should use him in commercials. The fajitas were delicious.

Unpleasant seating... Slow service... Food cold... Not recommend... Had to take food home to heat up... Not even a good night from staff...
Great food and drinks! Wonderful service! Our waitress was wonderful. Will absolutely be going back there again!
