After a long time we went to Chilli's and it was a wonderful experience. We were looking for vegetarian food and were not sure if we would have got many options but to our surprise and delight Chilli's have wonderful vegetarian options. Talking about the staff, the guy who took our order was a very polite and helpful person. We asked him to alter certain food items to make it vegetarian and not only he made those changes but added certain other food to make it a delicious entree. The staff from the greeting person to the order taking one was wonderful. Definitely sure of making more visits to Chili's and will be highly recommending it everyone we know.
I’m disappointed to say that our once-favorite neighborhood spot, Chili's Grill, has let us down. Our medium rare steak was poorly cooked, with some parts so underdone that my son had to spit them out. They’ve also changed their classic nachos, turning a simple dish into something resembling a nacho pizza. Veggie fajitas have been removed from the menu as well. To top it off, their chocolate lava cake is now microwaved instead of baked. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning and will be seeking other options for casual, comfortable meals.
The service left much to be desired. Our waiter seemed to overlook us completely, and one of my children’s orders was incorrect. On the upside, the manager did come by to apologize, which was a nice touch. However, the food was disappointing—definitely a case of shrinkflation! The portions were quite small, especially considering the high prices. While some may enjoy this restaurant, given the cost and the quantity served, I won’t be returning.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Liz was our server, and we were really appreciative of her outstanding service. Our drinks were constantly full, as she ensured we received refills before we even had to request them. We had a lot of leftovers, and she generously gave us a big bag of chips and salsa to take home. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. We will definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised with our dinner here. The waitress was extremely attentive. The restaurant was sparkling clean. The food came out quickly. Everything was delicious! A lot of restaurants have been extremely disappointing lately so it was good to see that Chili's was able to deliver a consistently good dinner when everyone else isn't. We will certainly visit again.
I have been ordering take out from this location for 3 years now. They are always quick and the food has always been good. They have forgotten some stuff through out the years but the manager has always given a refund. Also the 3 for me special is a steal! If you are a rewards member and you go often you get free desserts appetizers!
I caught the end of the Devils/Rangers game last week, and I had a great experience. The staff was fantastic, with servers Nikki and Gabriel being particularly attentive. The managers were also friendly and professional. I ordered the appetizer sampler and a Caesar salad with salmon, both of which were excellent.
The Cajun pasta was very disappointing. The chicken tasted like it was just microwaved pieces, and the shrimp were tiny. There was no seasoning, just meat and Alfredo sauce. Overall, the dish lacked flavor and was quite underwhelming. I ended up throwing it away but was glad to receive a full refund.

Went in for a quick bite. No margaritas but only a diet coke and the sampler with 3 items. Sliders, boneless Buffalo wings and the Mexican egg rolls with a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. Pretty good. The tortillas were too oily to finish.
Great place to enjoy delicious American cuisine with a pleasant atmosphere.
