I've been a loyal customer of Chili's for over 25 years, and I've got some great memories from my visits there. Don’t let the star rating mislead you; it’s a chain restaurant, and there’s nothing extraordinary about it—it’s just a Chili's. The food is good, and lately, we've been stopping by for appetizers or splitting fajitas since it’s quicker and quite filling. The burgers are tasty, though my partner prefers the margarita chicken, which I find a bit too dry for my taste.

My boyfriend and I went to an early dinner on Jan 21st, 2024. The service was good, served by waitress named Hannah. I got the burger with guacamole and he got streak, his tasted rubbery. My boyfriend said my burger looked white, I don't it suppose to look like that. I am not the type to complain and it didn't taste bad, so I ate it, an hour later I puked my guts out. He took one bite of my burger and he had an upset stomach too. My bf called the restaurant and let them know, but no follow-up or nothing from the manager. So if I were you I wouldn't eat here.
We came here with the family for an early lunch. The waiter was dull and had no personality. But all changed when my aunt found plastic shreds in her drink (in the ice). They then had a computer issue, and our order didn't go through. We were already waiting for 40 mins at this point. After all was said and done, they took 30 bucks of our order. I feel they could have done a little better on assisting us. But o well, what to expect from a Brighton restaurant. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
I have never had an awesome experience at this restaurant until today. Our server, Shaun, was fantastic. Despite it being quite busy, he still managed to provide excellent service. There was only one employee who was a bit unprofessional, as they yelled at Shaun while he was doing his best to keep up. Other than that, today's service was great, all thanks to him!

The restaurant offers an excellent selection of food, and everything tastes fantastic. My personal favorite is the sirloin with avocado—absolutely delicious! They also have great options for kids. Drink prices are very reasonable, reminiscent of the 90s, so you can enjoy a drink without emptying your wallet! Don’t forget to save room for dessert!
