Let me just say I’ve been going to this chili’s for over 8 months . I’ve dealt with issues with them but I just ignored the signs because I know mistakes happen. So fast forward today my husband I ordered our usual today. I usually get shrimp fajitas . I always ask for corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas because that’s my preference. So if you pay attention for the receipt you can clearly see I asked for corn tortillas instead. We picked up our meal via curbside the worker (female unaware of her name) said “ let me go see your order” . Guess what? She never came back. I wish I could give this chili an O review. I gave them a lot to many chances. I thought maybe I should give them another try, but as always it's always the same result. they are slow. Today I decided to eat for lunch. we saw our waitress take another table order. they did not ask us “we are ready to order “? we were pressed for the time so that we did not have the time to be honest. our eating did not come out how we ordered what asked us: “Why do we give this restaurant chances?” to make the things worse, we waited for our change for more than enough time. The restaurant was busy on a Sunday night, but the service was fast and efficient. I ordered a blackberry margarita which was well-made and delicious. However, the Santa Fe burger was disappointing. It arrived quickly, leading me to believe it was pre-made. The patty was cooked to medium rare, which would have been great, but it lacked flavor and was underseasoned. There was a strange taste, possibly from old ingredients. The fries were decent, but could have been better if they were cooked to order. Overall, the meal was lacking in seasoning and could use improvement.
I come to this location very often , I enjoy it more then the one near where I live. The staff here is nice attentive and sometimes even goes above and beyond honestly. They sang for my birthday, my mothers, my husband , my siblings, my brother in law and they bring us treats. They are nice to my children even when they tend to be a bit of a handful . the refills come so quickly the servers are just awesome. The drinks were fantastic. I tried a coconut margarita that was so delicious, I ended up giving my keys to Hannah Parker and ordering a second one. The spinach dip was fantastic, especially since it was the first time I tried a hot version. The service was excellent and I am excited to come back again. Looking forward to happy hour at this restaurant!
Exceptional service. Me and my sister we’re taking pictures in the bathroom stall and one of the workers rushed into the stall to get out of the picture and then didn’t come out until we were done. Don’t worry thought we didn’t take a long time so that she can get back to work when she was ready
