We were told there was a half hour wait because they only had 1 waitress. It took about 40 minutes until they were ready to seat us. They only had menu through QR code and my phone was at 5% but I made it work. The waitress was nice enough but she wastaking her time, especially when putting the order into her tablet. We started with drinks and fried pickles. The straw-eddyRita was very good and we got a second one later, but the Tito's punch was much too strong. The fried pickles were very dark butnot burned, so they probably needed to change the fryer oil. They were still pretty good. We ordered the 6oz sirloin mediumrare, what we got was about a 4.5oz medium well/well done steak with a lot...

I am livid. I spent $47 on 3 menu items, only to get half of my fajitas order. No beans,no sour cream, etc, none of the things that usually come with this menu item. Only meat, rice and peppers in this container. And I paid for extra tortillas, that werenot in there either. All of it was half cold. I've never gotten the fajitas with all the food in one container like it istonight. Smh Like, Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants, but lately it's been real hit or miss on the accuracy quality offood you get from them. Especially when you order to go from them. I am disappointed that my experiences at this restaurant have been consistently unsatisfactory. I understand that times are tough and they may be short-staffed most of the time, but it is frustrating to order curbside three times and consistently receive incomplete orders. The missing items included drinks, sides, and additional items that were crucial to completing the meal. Despite the fact that the service was fast, the repeated occurrence of missing items is disheartening. I hope that the establishment improves their operations, as it used to be a fantastic dining experience.

Long wait time after being told 8-10 minutes. Turned out to be at least 37 minutes due to a shortage of wait staff. Seating was too close to the door. Food was very good. Strawberry lemonade was watered down. Wait staff could have been more attentive. Food was brought out before plates were passed out. No courtesy check on how we were doing or what our needs were. This restaurant is great for families. We had to wait for about thirty minutes even though the place was not busy. It seems like they may be short-staffed, like many places these days. Regardless, my children had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive.

I tried the special which came with a drink, choice of soup or salad, and an entree. The chicken enchilada soup was amazing and the Margarita was just what I needed. The portions were generous and the Shrimp Fajitas were fantastic.

I enjoyed my visit. I have a few bad ones, but this time my waitress was nice and efficient. Our food was delicious and hot. Drinks were strong. It was a nice evening. I have to protect her again!
