we have decided to try the chili’s once again after the last time was terrible! this time we didn't like to wait again, without a host, to welcome us and wait a bit b4 we sat, then we had to wait again until finally our waitress appeared. then waited a little more just to order our drinks and it wasn't even packed. another waitress came to help and was very nice and sweet. except that the food didn't last long and it was very delicious! just reason why I gave it 3 stars. (I would say that the responsible or chili manager plz keep them in the eye when their customers come and not they wait at the doorstep when a lot of their workers just pass and not say something) that was the reason why we...

I am new to the area and just wanted to get a burger and fries. I waited and sat at the entrance, after 18 minutes a family of 4 walked in right in front of me and and was served nearly instantly, and I basically was just left sitting there. Plenty of staff made eye contact but never said a word and none offered assistance. Will never eat at a Chilis again

Many years ago when Chili's first opened I got cold mashed potatoes. So after many years of not going I decided to try it again. Well this time it was cold rice and super sweet syrupy tea. And to top it off a kid threw up near our table. Sorry but I don't recommend going there.

The chicken nachos were overcooked and dry on both occasions they were ordered. The chips were also dry and crunchy, with some edges burnt and tough near the bones. The waiter provided excellent service and was very attentive. The drinks were also good and refreshing. Réservez une table maintenant

The strawberry margarita of the month was delicious and had a tangy flavor. The food was also good. However, the overall appearance of the restaurant could use some improvement as the table we sat at had a big tear in the place setting.

Unlike my last visit to Chili's this visit was awesome. Had a good waiter and the food came out hot and fresh this time and made to order. Now if we can just get them to be consistent on my visits ill be in good shape

I often utilize the curbside service at this restaurant, and the food is always well prepared. They are consistently on time and the staff is friendly. It's nice to have a reliable restaurant in a small town.

I mean, it's Chili's. It's mostly always good at any Chili's I go to. Nothing ever spectacular. Good food good service, friendly staff. Réservez une table maintenant

Buffalo Wings Were Raw. It's gets on star for the manager being a great understanding person. She discounted our ticket.
