We have been to this Chili's many times over the years. The latest trip finally made me write something about the abysmal service there. Our orders were taken incorrectly, sent back, and then brought out again incorrectly. Our waiter could not trouble himself to talk to us unless we summoned him over to the table. All of this was occurring in a restaurant empty of customers, but with many idle wait staff. The food was decent, though not outstanding +1 for that. This place is very convenient, but I think we will take the trouble to find a better place to eat next time this just isn't worth the aggravation.
On RT 17 north this places is well managed. Manager was seen today helping the waiters and attending the tables. Service is good. The chips with guacamole always seem to come out greasy lacking attention of oil temperature and perhaps being cooked with semi cold fryer oil. The quesadillas also always comes out greasy. Besides that, the rest of the food is good, large menu to choose from.
Chili's is an old faithful when you want decent food at a decent price. Appetizers drive the menu with favorites like skillet queso and southwest egg rolls. As far as meals go their salads and burgers are really good. I like the fajitas, but sinceBuffalo chicken came off the menu it hasn't been the same. For dessert molten lava cake is the way to go!!
I come to this chilis every two weeks and it never fails to disappoint me. The drinks are well made, they have great south west pot stickers, and the serve is always really nice. They also always have the major hockey games going on right around the playoffs. I’m definitely going to keep heading to this great location!

The food is pretty mediocre as expected of a chain restaurant but the staff was really fantastic and helpful. Our waitress was super kind and got everything out quick, both food and drink refills. The food wasn't great for the price unfortunately and the cookie skillet that used to be our favourite is now just... Bleh.
We had Rowan, the awesome guy with greenish blue hair. Outstanding service and great conversation. Guy really knows how to be hospitable and made our experience so memorable. Will be back specifically for him! Thanks for being awesome Rowan!! He should be applauded for his amazing service!!!!
The new General Manager is fantastic! They encouraged all the staff to be proactive. As someone who used to be a server, I truly admired the GM's professionalism and it made for a pleasant experience. My server was also exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the Cajun pasta was.
I would rate this restaurant a 3.8 overall. The hygiene standards were good, though our spoon was dirty. They handled the food well and the quality was good. The presentation was decent and the customer service was excellent. Thanks for a good time, Chili's!

I got the chicken Cajun pasta it was far from good the sauce had no flavor but it was spicy I don?t know how that?s possible. I hope the dip is passable because now I?m just going hungry.
