Ordered online, food was over 30 minutes late. Originally told they needed 5 more minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting went back in, said it would be 15 minutes. Asked why is there a delay, she said she didn't know and what did I expect her tio do about it, asked to speak to the manager. After 10 more minutes I asked for my order again, said it wasn't ready yet, asked why not it's been about 30 minutes past my order time. Was told she didn't know she just got there (same person who had attended me earlier). Someone else brought out my food. Asked to speak to the manager twice, never came out. Person attending said I don't know what you want me to do about it. Told her I would be complaining...
When we arrived at Chili's, however, we were told that we would have to wait another 20-30 minutes for a table, despite the earlier estimate. We waited and were eventually seated after about 15 minutes.
It took a long time for our waitress to come and take our drink orders. We had a little one with us, and the waitress repeatedly put food and drinks within his reach. I asked her several times to avoid doing this to prevent any accidents.

Consistently good food. Your servers are always good. Sometimes there is a waiting for food or seats, but they are always packed. Togo was good and rarely forgets everything. Sometimes the packaging is a bit rough, but it's hard to fit everything in bags. Especially several deserts and deserts. I would definitely recommend eating there via Togo.
Really our neighborhood grill! Staff are friendly, welcoming and really know how you feel like a part of your family. The food is amazing, drinks are well made and presented. It is clean, efficient and food is tasteful and good for our budget! And there's always a box for leftovers. App and take-out are wonderful options. Try it!

I usually get steak, chicken crisper or a salad when I go there. They always get my order right and the food tastes great. I love the convenience of the app. They used to be slow getting the food out but I've noticed a big improvement in the past couple of months.
I visited this restaurant with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, with minimal wait time. Our waiter genuinely demonstrated a commitment to providing great service. We really enjoyed our time at this Chili's!
We both had the steaks and they were excellent. Not sure what happened to their sweet tea but it was nothing like it used to be. The service left a lot to be desired but it has been off and on over the years anyway. But, the good is always good.
There's a waitress who looks and sounds just like JoJo Siwa! She's really cool, making the visit worthwhile on her own. We love the waitstaff at this place. The margaritas are fantastic too!

Still looking for the brisket in what looked like 3 days old Queensadillas; tiny. Ribs delicate, but lack of taste and full fat; has 't tasted at all. I love this place.
$8 for a scoop of skillet queso????? Called in my order and this is what I found when I got home. Will never visit here again! Completely unacceptable on any level.
