I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could! I used to love Chili's, but my dinner experience tonight was terrible. I dined alone and waited about 25 minutes at my table without a single server acknowledging me. Several servers saw me, but no one spoke to me. Eventually, a waitress took my order and she was efficient, but I could tell she seemed overwhelmed. Some servers were outside smoking or on their phones instead of working. When my food arrived, it was cold and my steak, which I ordered medium rare, was extremely undercooked. None of the food seemed properly cooked and no one checked on me to see how my meal was. I saw no servers between receiving my food and leaving the restaurant...
Visited this past Sunday and requested the chips with 3 dipping sauces on the 3 FOR ME. I had an email that showed my REWARD was that appetizer with NO UPCHARGE. My waitress insisted there was atill an up charge. I asked that she confirm with hee manager, to which she returned and said there is still an up charge. I let her read the email that CLEARLY STATED NO UPCHARGE IF ORDERED ON 3 FOR ME! I lost that reward due to their ignorance. Honestly, if you are going to send REWARDS, at least be courteous enough to honor them. I asked to speak to a manager, sat 15 minutes and one never showed. We asked for our check and left. Poorest management and experience i have had in a ling time.
I had heard some negative things about Chilis on social media recently, so I was a bit hesitant to order from them through Door Dash. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, proper packaging, and all the sauces and extras included! We ordered the Triple Dipper with Sliders, Southwest Rolls, and Fried Mozzarella, along with an extra Roasted Street Corn. Everything was tasty, but the corn was truly outstanding! I'm happy we decided to order and will likely do so again in the future, especially with their new menu options.
The food at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The ribs tasted like bologna and lacked any char. They were soggy and the chicken crispers were far from crispy. The marinara sauce was watered down and the fried mozzarella had no taste and soggy breading. It's no wonder why I stopped eating here over 15 years ago. I ordered the full rack of ribs with asparagus and fries and the Triple Dipper appetizer, but everything was disgusting.

I have ordered from this restaurant twice. The first time I gave them 5 stars because my order arrived in 30 minutes, complete and delicious (I ordered the chicken fajitas). However, my most recent order only received 3 stars. Although the chicken fajitas arrived quickly, they were missing the beans and rice, leaving me with only half of my meal. Despite this, I would still consider ordering from this restaurant again.
The side salad was laughable. They stuffed abt 3 pieces of lettuce and 3 croutons with a sauce cup into a small soup container. The burger was great even though they didnt include the extra sauce I was charged for.
The restaurant offers delicious food and refreshing drinks. However, there is limited parking available. Guests may need to park in a garage located at least one block away due to the limited space.
The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist in any situation. They were a godsend when I needed them in my life.

Very good! Ice cream was frozen and not all melted so that was great! Soy p Caesar Salad was super good!
they take a bit to get their food, but the staff is relatiw nice, and communicates well
