I really love the food at Chili's. I hadn’t visited this location in a long time due to some negative experiences I had last year. However, today my family and I decided to have lunch here since we were nearby, and our experience was excellent—completely different from before. Our server, Jesus, was wonderful. He took great care of us, ensuring our drinks and chips and salsa arrived promptly. Jesus is a very friendly and polite guy, always willing to help in any way he can. I truly hope the best for this location, as I used to come here frequently. Next time, I would love to have Jesus as our server again!
There was no hostess to welcome us for lunch, the bus boy had to put us in the bar Lol. Then the waitress lasted forever to welcome us, then we ordered our food and it took 50 minutes to get our food after the order. The food was good, but the service was super slow. Our waitress was friendly, but this place is not going well, there was no sign of management and I think there were only 1-2 waitresses for the whole restaurant at noon! I didn't even see a bartender. My group gets only one hour for lunch, so we all came back too late to work. I'm not back to this place soon, especially at noon.
The indoor dining area was closed due to a staff shortage, so only takeout orders were available. The food was not hot; the burgers were undercooked. I usually love this restaurant, especially their Cajun shrimp Alfredo, but this time it was disappointing. Cold pasta and shrimp are not very appealing at all.
