Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had to go to the bar ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time but would send someone. The hostess came said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decided to wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom they claimed that no one was working the other area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it ha...
We waited 10 minutes before being able to sit. And of course that was fine but to waited and get the food that we got was horrible. And the manager really tried but she looked lost. First the food came out cold chicken was not cooked fully. And bye the way bad because I am pregnant. So that could have hurt my baby and second she took it back and brought the same plates back. Which bye that time it was dry and the pasta lost it favor. $35 was not a good spend at all. And the excuse was they are new in the kitchen. I really don't care I want what I pay for.
This place has really taken a nose dive! Every time we order something is always wrong. Today we ordered curbside, arrived at 5pm, pick up was to be between 5:01 and 5:06 pm. No one came out and had to go in after 10 minutes waiting. Found out it wasn't ready. Food was ready at 5:30pm. Once received Cajun Chicken pasta had NO chicken! Tea was not sweet, ranch had lettuce in it and Texas cheese fries were old and cold. We've given Chili's many, many chances to win back business but they continue to perform poorly. We will not be back!
I discovered a hair in my meal, which was quite unfortunate. Additionally, the management did not handle the situation well; their behavior was quite unprofessional. I was uncomfortable with them kneeling at my table—I would prefer not to have any direct eye contact and simply enjoy my food without any unwanted surprises.

I cleared out the service, was a good young lady polite. I ordered land fried steak the seasoned mais on the charcoal and loaded maish kartoffels were good, the land fried steak was chewing, but it was well seasoned. if they could serve a delicate steak, it would have been a very good meal. Easy!
The food was decent, but the restaurant was quite cold. Our waitress seemed more focused on chatting than checking in on our table. One of our dishes arrived dry and cold, so we had to send it back. Overall, the experience was just okay, and I’m not sure if I would return anytime soon.
Not taking away from the food it was good although it took awhile to get our order token and to be placed at a table and the fact that they demand high tips for so so service instead of giving three options of 20 15 and 18 percent allow us to pay what the service was worth
I have to say I had a fantastic experience! I've been here before, and it has only improved. The waitstaff were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was also very affordable, and the service was quick—only about 30 minutes. Keep up the great work, team!

The food is quite good, and the prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes. However, the quality of service can be inconsistent, varying based on timing and the server. I might not return.
I've ordered the same dish from here before, and I find it to be very delicious.
