This location is in a constant struggle for a good meal and reputable service, cook, and management team. My medium steak was sent back TWICE and it still came back this rare. I asked the server for the manager and she said, All she can do is take theitem off your bill, but wouldn 't send the manager over. Which made me wonder if they were running without a manager late on aSaturday night. They finally made me a new steak but fully expected me to eat my cold potatoes and broccoli from my first plate.They literally brought out a new steak on a tiny saucer plate. We were seated quickly and requested a booth, but despite several being available, we were placed at a table. Our waitress, Hannah, was pleasant, but we only saw her three times: to take our order, bring the appetizers, and serve our main course. She didn't check on us for drink refills, so we had to ask another waitress for help. Even the manager, who was just walking around, didn't offer any assistance. To make matters worse, the food was disappointing. The mozzarella sticks were burnt and greasy, and the fajitas were overly salty. There are many other restaurants with much better service. Overall, it was a truly awful experience.

This type of restaurant appears to have gone downhill recently, and this location is no different. Only about half of the restaurant was open, and we had to wait around 30 minutes for a table for six, even though there were many empty tables in the other half on a Saturday night! The staff was adequate, but nothing outstanding. The food was good, and the drinks were excellent, both providing solid value. If you’re a couple seeking an affordable date night, Chili's still meets that need.
My family and I dined at the restaurant and were seated quickly upon arrival. Our orders were taken shortly after we got comfortable, and our food and drinks were served without any wait. Everyone in our group loved both the appetizers and the main courses. One drawback was that the server came back to check on us a bit after our food arrived, but other than that, we had a wonderful experience. This place is definitely a great option for a family night out.
This restaurant is definitely one of my favorites. The service is always quick, and the food is consistently tasty and reasonably priced. The staff is extremely friendly, and they often have new promotions and deals that help you save money or create great meal combinations. The variety on the menu is truly impressive. Overall, this place is excellent!
Jena is an exceptional server—she's attentive and very friendly. The food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The burgers are incredible, and you definitely won't regret getting the bottomless chips—they're so tasty! I truly enjoy eating here. When you stop by, make sure to ask for Jena. chili is one of my favorite dunes in restaurants, but the inexperienced staff leads to much confusion and slow service. to make the dinge even worse, the restaurant itself begins to look a bit ashamed. on the bright side, eating is still good!
