The food was good but the service was terrible. It was my sisters birthday and we had 7 adults and two kids. The waitress was very slow because they was short staffed. It was only her and the bartender there. Because it was only 2 people working they couldn 't sing her Happy Birthday. They said that she could get an ice-cream and we waited over 30 minutes and finally we just left. Before I was about to leave I said excuse me ma 'am and she walked past so I said said it loader and she didn 't even look back. The service was terrible and my sister never got her ice-cream.
Ordered two different beers, looked at the labels and they were both expired, one 2 months ago, the other 10 months ago. Then the food was all bad, and the whole time service was rude from our waitress (people from the kitchen bringing food were fine). Then billing was wrong and was a pain to get fixed. All around horrible experience, waste of money, and still left hungry because noone wanted to finish the subpar food.
Have not been to one in a long time, thought to give it another chance. Customer head count 25% at best. I waited on a waitress for 15mins just to get asked what I would like to drink! I said I would like to order the response caused me to get up and walk out. She stated oh I'm not your server. So if you want terrible service this is your stop, can't Rate the food cause I never had the opportunity to try it.
Took my son for his birthday he wanted then to sing to him I told the door greeter she said I got you I got and 25 mins later never seen no one waitress came by said is everything good I said well been waiting 25 mins for them to sing to him he choose to come here and she said oh well I don't know nothing about it so she gave me the check
