My girlfriend and I dined at this Chili's this evening, and it was a truly disappointing experience. We ordered two medium-rare steaks, but they arrived practically raw. I understand mistakes can happen, but after a long wait for the manager to address our concerns, he came over with a rather rude demeanor. He agreed to recook the steaks, but we had to wait again, and when the new ones finally arrived, they were just passable. To make matters worse, we noticed that they added charges for the recooked steaks to our bill without mentioning it. This is my family's favorite among the local Chili's restaurants. They consistently provide reasonable wait times for both seating and food, and the staff is generally friendly. Overall, it's a pleasant dining experience for families.

I can't believe what happened while I was eating at the restaurant! I took a bite of my burger and found a whole Glock 17 in it. You really need to maintain the quality of your food because this shouldn't be happening.

We had an excellent server who took fantastic care of us. For lunch, we enjoyed the bottomless soup, salad, and chips for just $8.99. What a great deal!
