I've known Chili's from overseas and they were always top notch. When I came back and tried it last year, I was not impressed of the food and overall service. However, it seems things improved since as my visit today was much better. The staff was verynice and the food was delicious. One thing they seem to have an issue with is the cleanliness of the High chairs and someutensils. Their cajun pasta was great, and the steak was delicious. They made a couple of mistakes but they have very similarnames between sweet/street corn, so I understand why they may have confused one with the other. Their molten cake veryrefreshing as always. Overall good experience
The food is good, and I have no complaints on that front. However, the main reason I'm writing this review is to highlight that the restaurant is severely understaffed, especially considering how busy it was. The staff is really giving it their all, with one waitress/hostess, one bartender, and perhaps four people in the kitchen, yet they’re managing to keep things running smoothly as a team. They truly deserve a raise for the exceptional job they’re doing.
This pasta dish was the most expensive item in our meal, yet its portion was smaller than one of our children's meals. There's no way that one cup of pasta is less expensive to make than a whole plate of salad. Additionally, after they reduced the children's meal from three tenders to two, I think it will be a while before we return to this restaurant. I want to clarify that our server was excellent, but the manager's response was dismissive.
I had a disappointing experience at Ultimate Smokehouse. I received the wrong side dish and there was no ranch for the chicken, which was quite frustrating given the price. On a positive note, the original chili was delicious, and the soft drinks were served in a generous size, which is often not the case elsewhere.
Our server was excellent—always attentive and quick to respond. I don’t remember her name, but we were there around 1:00 to 1:30 PM on Thursday, September 22nd. She provided outstanding service, and the food was delicious. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely come back!
