I am only giving this store a 2 star because i really enjoyed the wings. I ordered from doordash its just wings and it comes from this establishment. I have never had an issue in the past about my orders and i order from here pretty often. The past 2times a lady has answered the phone and was completely rude to me about my request, where as i said in the past i have never hadan issue. Not a chain restaurant person, however, we recently dined at this one. We both ordered burgers, the mushroom burger which isn?t shown (no picture taken as it looked exactly as my burger), while I ordered the old timers with cheese. My burger was delicious,but the mushroom burger was extremely greasy, either from, maybe, the sautéed mushrooms along with the Swiss cheese ???????. Wehad the bottomless chips with salsa as an appetizer which was pretty good. The salsa was flavorful but lacked any spiciness andthat was a big disappointment to both of us. Absolutely awful experience. Cocktails were dreadful and overly sweet. Nacho appetizer was unappealing and tasteless. Didn't even eat entrée because my chicken was overcooked and the vegetables were raw after waiting an additional 10 minutes for mymeal compared to the others at my table. Staff unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will never go to this location again. Chili'shas gone downhill.
I'm not sure why I don't come here more often. The food is always delicious and I like that it is never overcrowded. Service is typically good as well. My go to is always southwestern eggrolls and their original chicken fingers with honey mustard... theirCorn is awesome too!
