This restaurant is one of our go-to spots, but unfortunately, we've encountered poor service during our last three visits. One of those times was during a busy period, which we can understand, but the other two were less justifiable. On one occasion, they actually forgot to place our order in the kitchen, and we waited 45 minutes before they realized the mistake! They did manage to prepare one of our entrees as a compensation, at least.
During our most recent visit, one of the kids tried the new chicken sandwich, and it was served undercooked (the crispy chicken was quite a surprise!). We suspect this could be due to it being a new item on the menu and possibly the staff needing more train...

However, since COVID, although the food and drinks haven't really changed, prices have jumped by nearly 50%. Additionally, wait times have increased—not because there aren't enough tables, but due to a shortage of servers. I'm beginning to wonder if it would be simpler to just make my own drinks and burgers at home, or if I should hold off until my bill starts creeping up toward $100.

Cold food poor tasting food.... I went to this location twice recently and in both visits the food came to me cold. The first time it was the French fries and the second time it was the beans with the fajitas I ordered. Its sad because I use to enjoy the Chillis franchises around the country but recently the quality at all of the ones I have been to has been bad. Corp needs to get involved and really focus on the quality of the service but more importantly the food.

I've been to many Chili's locations, and I must say that Hannah, our server, was incredible! She was always cheerful, even while juggling multiple tables on a hectic Sunday afternoon. Our orders arrived promptly, the food was tasty, and the restaurant was spotless. I would definitely recommend this place for a 5-star experience!
This sports bar and restaurant features excellent drinks and a vibrant atmosphere. I really enjoy their shrimp tacos and southwestern egg rolls. The bartenders are quite talented and mix fantastic cocktails. It’s a great spot to relax and have fun! I also can’t overlook the Mexican corn on the cob—it’s absolutely delicious!
Had a lovely great time at the Chili's me and my teenage awesome son walked over paid a visit to the neighborhood Chili's in Allen Texas the food was fast to the table presentable edible and tasty my boy was happy and hell so was I!
The best Chili?s I?ve visited so far. The food was great and the service also very good. The best part of the night was the molten chocolate cake, you must try it, it?s simply perfect.

Great service, our waiter was attentive. The restaurant was clean and it was a nice atmosphere. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad with avocado and it tasted great.
Went during middle of week, just before noon. Good service. Good food. Prices reasonable.
