It's been awhile since I've been to Chili's! The Poplar Level Rd. location is actually a great spot. Really enjoyed the relaxed and casual vibe, the helpful staff, and the expansive menu. I ordered some wings for the table, and loved both the buffalo and bbq flavors (though they were a little light on the sauce). I opted for the smokehouse combo with the baby back ribs and Mexican street corn and fries. It was plentiful and cooked and seasoned well, though I felt the ribs were more bone than meat. My friends got the 3 for me combos, and they all seemed to enjoy those as well. I used to eat here. But between the lack in attention to detail and how the prices don't stop going up, I am pretty much done. It's not worth the money. The prices on the appetizers have gotten ridiculous. Check them out for yourself. I have money, just not paying stupid prices.
It seems as if the waiter had to make the nacho appetizer. He had to go back to get the cheese dip. No cheese was even on them. The wing sauce was out that we ordered and the lemon pepper wings seemed to be reheated.
Chili's doesn't have the most extensive menu but the quality of food from the burger or chicken combo dinner to the trio fajita's and especially that philly cheese steak.Very well prepared and taste great.

Excellent food, service and prices. Diverse menu and selections. Just had a sirloin dinner and it was perfect. I ordered Rare and that's what I got. Perfect!
With so many fast food choices, once again that Chili's steak with asparagus was a winner for me . Avocado is always a better alternative.
Service was friendly. It was cold inside the bar. I didn't eat, just visited with my friends. They seemed to enjoy everything.
It was generally terrible, but the staff was friendly and courteous, and went above and beyond.

Wings were very fatty and fries were old. All of it was trash! I was very disappointed!
