Chili's Grill - Réservation de table

My wife and I visited the restaurant for dinner, and it was surprisingly empty with no crowds. However, we waited nearly 10 minutes without anyone to seat us. Fortunately, the bartender noticed our wait and led us to a table. We were seated near the kitchen, which was quite noisy; I could hear staff chatting, rap music playing, and personal conversations happening. One employee was even sitting on the floor by the door, texting on their phone. The service was extremely slow, and the food was disappointing. My wife and I visited this establishment for lunch over the holiday weekend. Amidst the staffing difficulty being experienced at the time our server took great care of us, the drinks were spot on and the food was good and filling. The restaurant itself was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. We both chose a signature salad after having a 3 combo appetizer and left a lot fuller in the belly than we expected to be. All in all it was a decent time.

We are from out of town, we waited 10 minutes at the front of the restaurant, to be seated. Then we waited another 10 minutes at our table for a waitress, while 3 of them stood in the back on their phones. Manager? Maybe they should have one there every shift. Service would have been fine if they were actually working. It’s wasn’t lack of staff, it was lack of working.

The service was notably lacking; it felt like we had to take the initiative ourselves as the waitstaff ignored customers on the floor. Our server was quite rude because we had to find our own seats while they seemed preoccupied with nothing. They weren't busy at all, and it gave the impression that they didn't care. I had some issues with personalization during my visit. There were many people waiting to be seated, yet several tables were empty, and the staff seemed confused and overwhelmed. I hope things improve because I would like to give this place another try in the future. Unfortunately, many of us ended up leaving.

the service was okay, but had to wait a few more times. my eating was a bit on the burnt side, and we had to send a teller back to correct it twice. overall not terrible, but not great. child-friendly: fun children's menus with a decent selection of meals.

Its a chilis you know what to expect. I usually like the shrimp tacoes, but they cant do them at this location. We had a take out order mixup that they could have handled better but nothing. In dire need of management.Food: 3/5

Sink faucet leaked all the time. Pool not well kept, wouldn't swim in it. Mediocre beds. Limited free breakfast and seating area too small for size of hotel. Won't go there again. Réservez une table maintenant

Our waitress was wonderful. The drinks, appetizer and meal were delicious and filling. We enjoyed playing the trivia option at the table.
