Great food, unconsistent service. I've often eaten at Chili and I'm always happy with my food. The loaded potatoes, the Texas Cheese Fries, the Southwest Mac Cheese, Quesadilla Explosion Salad, Southwestern Egg Rolls, their steaks, and the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie, which does not appear in the online menu, are among my favorites. I also want to try the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie, but if I'm there, I always go with the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie. I went to Chili before and JUST ordered this! While some reviews mention poor service, I observed a dedicated and efficient staff working harmoniously to handle the crowd. The service was excellent, and the food, particularly the chili, was consistently delicious. My meal arrived just 7 minutes and 18 seconds after I placed my order. However, I did notice a few rude customers who seemed to challenge the hardworking servers and engage in confrontational conversations during the busy evening. Despite this, I had a great experience with both the service and the food on a bustling night.

Only got take out. My wife likes Cajun Chicken Alfredo. They are sometimes so busy or maybe it's because they are under staffed, there are times when you are parked, that you just have to just walk in and get your order off of the holding rack. I recognize the effect of covid-19. Staffing issues everywhere you look. Customer service is missing, in the majority of places that you go too, that's a big issue. Our server was great. We are just for their monthly Margarita, Beach Party Margarita, when we traveled through Pine Bluff. Our server I missed her name was so friendly and got our drinks quickly. She knew we were there for a drink and didn't seem to be worried that we didn't order food. Love the monthly Margarita at Chili's

Male Server on our table was excellent. The service was slow with only 2 servers on the ground. The food was delicious, the pommes were something to cook for my taste. Hamburger was great!
