Chili's Grill - Réservation de table

sad to see, but this situation has completely refueled. there are rarely enough server working. typically wait a 20-30 minutes when it only 5 tables filled. bartenders serves the entire bar area, high tops and a part of the dining room. our last experience we have waited for 10min to be welcomed and receive beverage orders. ends after 20min without drinks or order. I like chilis, but this place is a train on the mark.

we had a great dinner experience at chili 's! our server, lily, was friendly and has made a great job. our food came out really fast and was delicious. I ordered a steak from the guiltless grill and it was perfectly cooked and had a tasteful pick de gallo top. my man and son ordered burgers and both said they were delicious. restaurant was clean and the host/manager steve was really nice. will definitely go back!

this place has the worst service. no host or host to welcome incoming customers. his 4pm and his not busy. the restaurant is empty. we had a group of 10 people. we were skipped. customers who came after our greeting. very unprofessional. seems like nobody wanted to work.

Describing a burger as having a secret sauce and then only having a small amount of sauce on it feels misleading. Additionally, I ordered my burger well done and it was barely cooked. This appears to be a recurring issue. Réservez une table maintenant

The food is good and has lots of flavor. Chips and salsa is the best part of the meal though. I appreciate that they are understaffed and won't over-seat people. The ONE server we saw worked his butt off.

We didnt get the flour tortillas with our fajita order!! Plus we asked for no peppers and onions and we got peppers and onions. Fries were smashed into our taco order and not on the side!! Very unhappy !

The soup was fantastic - nice and hot. The chicken in the burgers was quite spicy and they were great. However, there was no salad dressing. Thank you for the prompt delivery.

ribs were horrible, gray in color and horrible taste. obviously they were precooked along time ago
