The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow—almost ridiculously so. We experienced significant delays, and to make matters worse, the wrong items were brought to our table. I even found a dead fruit fly on my dish and another one in my food. There was something green that resembled mold in my cheese for the fajitas, though I didn’t have it tested to confirm.
My daughter ordered a Caesar salad with chicken that was barely a child’s portion—at best. My wife’s meal was unappealing, and considering everything that had gone wrong with my order, I decided to inform the server that we would be ending our experience there. I went to Chili’s at the Secaucus location, I took my niece out for dinner. She wanted to try chillis for the first time. Our server Alex was absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff really let things down. The restaurant was very busy, and Alex received no assistance except from the busers. He was handling nearly an entire section on his own. When we went to pay, the manager initially kept the tip we left for Alex and only gave it to him after one of us spoke up. Alex did an exceptional job.
The experience was exceptional; this has truly become my favorite restaurant. I highly recommend it! The parking situation was excellent and very convenient.

I arrived a little early in the day! The service was prompt, and the food was exceptionally fresh. It was served so hot it nearly burned my mouth!
The food was tasty, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. I ordered the black beans and vegetable fajita, which was quite satisfying.
Always got em tables, not too busy, decent service and i think the food is good for the price. Good spot for no stress chill easy eating.
Horrible Delivery! Sent the entire thing to the wrong house in a completely different town! 0/10 this is the 2nd time it messed up.
