We go to this location often and have never had an issue. On this particular visit, the service was the worst we have ever experienced. After the service we had, I should be able to remember our servers name but I can't. She was very young, blondehair and we were on the bar side of the restaurant. The food itself was amazing as usual. It was myself, my daughter, my twograndsons and one of their friends. Our meals were delivered by a different waiter but our waitress NEVER came to see ifeverything was good, as in the cook on our steaks. Thankfully all was good. She walked past our table many times without evenlooking at us. We all needed drink refills and we didn't get those until we were mor...
So me and my gf decided to try this place for the 1st time. The food was anything but good and here's why. The appetizer we ordered was their chips and salsa. We immediately noticed the chips looked like they were bathed in grease. The chips wereglistening with cooking oil. The salsa was super watery. We asked our server to bring us chips that were not drenched in oil. She obliged and brought us out ones that were dry. These were extremely salty but better than the last ones. Now, I orderedthe Oldtimer cheese burger and what I got was not worthy of being served to any customer. The meat patty was very small andvery thin. It was charred!...LoL. the patty wasn't even round but some odd shape!...
For the first time sat at this place, the bf took to watauga and decided to stop and an early dinner, and we loved it!! I think next to the food, what it was such a great experience, how awesome the service was!! (Kally) was our server and she freaked out! She was over everything from menu recommendations to drinks would drive again only for the experience and service we received great work!!!
Good, but not great. Our food is always pretty good. It doesn't matter to blow only their pickup service at this point. They are usually fast, a few times slow. I would check your food before you go because we found missing food, but mistakes happen. I wish there was a note section when you order from the site to let them know to leave something from an order
