we were from 11:30 clock to 1 clock da. restaurant not busy. ordered mushroom hamburger and 2 orders by suppe, salad and chips. I had to ask at least 3 times that our server checked for our food without getting a response, our server was friendly and attentive, but never again with a reply. we noticed that others who came after us get their food without problems. after 1 hour and a few minutes our food came out with a lame excuse to have someone in the kitchen new. The Chili's by us closed a couple years ago. Decided to drive a bit to go to this one. Was seated right away. Waitress was pretty new, but did very good. My wife ordered a soup and salad. Croutons were very hard, she couldn't eat them. But the salad was good and fresh. I think it was a potato soup that she ordered, and it was good. I ordered a burger and fries. Done very well. Ordered the loaded fries as an appetizer. Just as good as I remember. Probably won't go back again, only because of how far it is from me. If I lived closer, I would go back.
Service was soooooo slow. Came in at 12:15 and did not get our lunch till 1:03. My husband's tacos were served on this unappealing and unappetizing, very dirty looking taco holder. Picture attached. I recieved my chicken tenders and didn't get my fries that are suppose to accompany the chicken till 5 minutes later. My chicken had sat in the warming station so long that my ranch dressing was COOKED and hot when I recieved it.

You have the poster child for the "Perfect Server "her name is Patty and I will just say this,she is the most attentive,cheerful,happy(seems like it)cares about her customers,seems to really know her stuff,she knows how to interact with people a real people pleaser,seems to help her fellow servers,seems extremely committed to her job... My family and I ADORE her,will DEFINITELY be back to see PATTY!!! She 's AMAZING
When we entered the restaurant, we were told that it would wait only 10 minutes. the restaurant was not even half full. we left after 25 minutes when we noticed that the weight is 45 minutes as listed on google. the host has never checked in with us, never offered anything to drink, sitting at the bar or a menu. I will not eat a place that lies so that time is too precious.
Great server, total bad food. Couldn 't take the ribs home to my dog, he couldn 't chew them. Wait time for food, coffee cold, vegs on salad was old. Floor in men 's room was slippery as ice, like grease The server was great and did the best possible with the quality of the food itself. I came in to give you another chance, you just don 't do it right.
