As a regular patron of Chili's restaurant I really didn't expect to receive this type of quality of service and lack of concern for the food I received. My server never really checked to see if we were ready to order and when that time did come , 20 minutes had passed already. And to end it with a frozen slice of.cheesecake that I clearly could not eat. Me and my colleague from the food network realized that this particular Chili's needs a makeover when it comes to service and quality.
I had a very disappointing experience at Chili's Grill and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, I was completely ignored. A staff member, who appeared stressed and unfriendly, paid me no attention. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that they had stopped seating guests due to the kitchen being overwhelmed. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.
I has registered for a table of 3 and one high chair.Gave them my name. The young lady, told me, the wait was 35min.Okay we waited. I went to check how much longer I had to wait. The young lady said my name was not on the list and I had to wait 20 min more.But I had proof, I received a text, from Chili's, that I was waiting for a table.Very disappointed in them.
Chain restaurants can be hit or miss, but this visit was a big hit! I ordered from the 3 for Me menu and got the Buffalo Chicken Edge sandwich with an upgrade to curly fries, which are a new addition to the menu. My partner had the Bacon Rancher, also with curly fries. The food was hot and delicious, and the service was excellent! Réservez une table maintenant
This was my first time trying Chili's, and overall it was good but fairly average. I really enjoyed the fajitas (shown in the second picture) and would definitely recommend them! However, the dish in the last picture wasn't that great—the quesadilla tasted really strange.
Yesterday (2-4p) it seemed to be short staff. the wet came to register, then left to help clear tabs, etc. then came back to sit us. the design of the restaurant was average. I had an salate and a huh cajun pasta it was good.
Oh my goodness, the food was incredibly delicious! Thank you so much. The excellent customer service also enhanced the dining experience. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant more frequently.
